Entered but can’t make it?
There are runners on the waiting list looking for your bib. List it and we’ll connect you with the first person on the list.
1You list your bib and tell us which price tier you signed up in and which extras you added.
2We assign it to the first person on the list, who pays for your entry through EntrySwap, and we let you know.
3You ask the organisers for the change by email, with the buyer's details and the buyer in copy.
4Once they're registered, we pay you what you paid, minus the EntrySwap fee (10%, minimum €3).
Until when can you transfer a bib for Half Marathon Firenze 2027?
According to the race organisers’ rules, the last day is 31 March. On EntrySwap we connect people until 29 March, so there is time to request the name transfer.

Protected payment: what it is
It's the safe way to pay the seller for their entry.
You pay here, not the sellerYou pay by card on EntrySwap, through Stripe. The money is held on your card until you're registered.
You're charged once you're registeredWhen the organisers make the change, the charge goes through and we send the money to the seller.
If you don't get registered, you pay nothingIf the change doesn't happen, we release the hold and you get your place on the list back.
How do I avoid scams?
