EntrySwap is a digital intermediation platform that puts people who are registered for sporting events but cannot take part in them in touch with other people interested in taking their place, so that the name transfer of the entry is carried out in accordance with the procedure of each event’s organisers.

EntrySwap does not organise or manage sporting events, does not carry out name transfers and does not act on behalf of the race organisers. Depending on the event, its role is either to manage the reservation and payment for the name transfer, which the organisers approve from their portal, or to put the parties in touch so that they can request the name transfer from the organisers in accordance with the organisers’ own procedure. The conditions of each arrangement are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Access to and browsing of the website are free of charge and unrestricted, although certain features, such as listing a bib, joining a waiting list or reserving a bib, require prior registration.

Users undertake to use the website lawfully, in compliance with the legislation in force and the rights of third parties. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Publishing false information about bibs or personal data.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or restricted areas.
• Reproducing, distributing or exploiting the content without express authorisation.

All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphic design, source code and other elements) is the property of EntrySwap or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

The reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of any element of the site without the express written authorisation of the owner is prohibited.

Intermediation: EntrySwap acts solely as an intermediary between users. It is not a party to the relationship between them and does not guarantee that the event organisers will approve or carry out the name transfer of any particular entry.

Availability: EntrySwap does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability and continuity of the service, although it will use its best efforts to keep it operational.

Accuracy of information: Users are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data they publish. EntrySwap does not individually verify each bib listed.

External links: The site may contain links to third-party websites. EntrySwap is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.

The website only shows events whose rules allow the name transfer of entries. Where an event’s organisers have not entered into a collaboration agreement with EntrySwap, EntrySwap is not bound to them and does not act on their behalf, and the mention of the event’s name is purely descriptive and does not imply sponsorship, collaboration or endorsement by the organisers.

For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (Digital Services Act), EntrySwap’s single point of contact for authorities and for recipients of the service is the email address info@entryswap.com, where Spanish and English may be used.

Any person or entity may use that address to give notice of content on the website that they consider unlawful or contrary to the Terms and Conditions, stating the reasons and its exact location. In particular, the organisers of an event who do not wish it to appear on the website may request its removal by this means. EntrySwap will handle notices diligently and will inform the person who submitted them of its decision.

The processing of users’ personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD) (the Spanish Data Protection and Digital Rights Act).
